Medicaid Issues Survey & Case Collector
Kentucky Voices for Health is collecting issues to report to CHFS about Medicaid renewals. During the Medicaid Renewal Town Hall on September 7th with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, we heard from the state that they need more case examples of issues and problems that people are experiencing as they go through the process of renewing their Medicaid. The state needs to hear from you, too.
If you have any cases where the process to renewing was complicated by any sort of barrier, please fill out this survey. All cases reported through this survey will be reported to DMS/KHBE to investigate directly. Please do not share any PII, but please share any issues that you are experiencing, and case examples for the state to dig into. Feel free to submit multiple cases and issues.
